We Believe In Helping Others

As Optometrists in Kincumber, we help those from our local Central Coast community right through to our global community who are less advantaged than us.  

Our optometry practice aims to make a positive impact on people’s lives through our commitment to clear vision for all.

Eyes by Design also supports three charity groups. All are sight orientated, and have alternately a local, national and international focus. In our optometry practice there is a collection tin where we deposit our fees for spectacle repairs, and patients can make donations.

Guide Dogs

Guide Dogs is the leading provider of guide dogs and orientation and mobility services.  They serve people with low vision or blindness to lead independent lives to move around their communities safely.

We are amazed at the help their Orientation and Mobility specialists do to assist around 4,000 people of all ages to achieve their mobility goals.

Plus, we can’t get enough of the guide dog’s cuteness!

Fred Hollows Foundation

The Fred Hollows Foundation goal is to put an end to avoidable blindness in developing countries.  They want the less advantaged to have the same quality eye care – we do too!

We especially support their fierce determination to improve the eye health of Aboriginal and Torres strait Islanders.

Headspace Gosford

As a Central Coast family, we’ve seen the tremendous work Headspace Gosford has achieved to help the younger people in our community.  

Headspace provides a tailored and holistic health support for 12-25 year old’s.  Their early intervention is designed to get young people back on track and strengthen their ability to manage their mental health in the future.

At Eyes by Design optometrists Central Coast, we are committed to making a difference and helping those less fortunate to see and enjoy life. The proceeds of our in-practice collection and charity events are distributed equally among these three incredible charities.
