  • 18–64 years: Every 2 years, or sooner if recommended
  • 65+ years: Every year, to closely monitor age-related eye changes
  • If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of eye disease,  or as advised by your optometrist

A standard appointment takes around 30–45 minutes and may include:

  • Vision clarity testing at different distances
  • Eye teaming and focusing checks (how well your eyes work together)
  • Prescription testing (refraction)
  • Glaucoma screening (eye pressure measurement)
  • Retinal scanning for a detailed look at the back of your eyes
  • Assessment for conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and cataracts

For specific concerns like dry eye, digital eye strain, or post-injury vision changes, we can also provide tailored testing.
