Terms & Conditions – Win a Family Pass to The Australian Reptile Park
Eligibility
• Open to patients purchasing a complete set of prescription glasses from Eyes By Design between 6 January 2025, and 28 February 2025 • Purchase must include frames, lenses and lens coating • Must be an Australian resident
Prize Details
• One (1) Annual Family Pass to The Australian Reptile Park • Valid for 2 adults and 2 children (under 16) • Pass must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
Entry
• One entry per complete glasses purchase • Multiple purchases = multiple entries • Entry is automatic upon completion of glasses purchase • No additional entry forms required
Draw
• Winner will be drawn randomly on 4 March, 2025 • Winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw • Results will be published on our social media channels
General
•By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions • Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries
Winner Responsibilities
