How to Use
Recommended Usage Routine:
Morning:
- Heat the Stye Relief Compress in the microwave for 20-35 seconds until the compress is as hot as you can tolerate.
- Apply the hot compress to the eye you wish to treat for a minimum of 8 minutes.
- Cleanse the lid margins of the eye you wish to treat with The Eye Doctor Lid Cleanser, gently massaging the lid margins.
- Place a drop of the Optimel Manuka Gel onto one end of a cotton bud.
- Apply the Gel to the lid margins of the eye with a side-to-side swipe across the eyelid margins (avoid getting too close to the eye).
- Reheat the Stye Relief Compress in the microwave for 15-25 seconds until the compress is as hot as you can tolerate.
- Reapply the Stye Relief Compress for a minimum of 8 minutes.
- Repeat with the other eye if you wish to treat the other eye as well.
Evening:
- Repeat the hot compress routine for a minimum of 8 minutes.
- Cleanse with The Eye Doctor Lid Cleanser.
- Apply Optimel Manuka Honey Gel.
- Reapply the hot compress for a minimum of 8 minutes.
