Experience hassle-free delivery when you order from Eyes by Design. We take pride in ensuring your purchases reach you promptly and securely. Our exclusive shipping partner is Australia Post, known for its efficient and dependable service.
We process most orders from our NSW location within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For information about Australia Post’s current shipping times, see here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times
We’re committed to sustainability, using recyclable packaging materials like boxes with eco-friendly filler or padded mail bags. To facilitate smooth delivery, we include an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction on all parcels. If you’re often away from home, consider using a work address for delivery.
Delays
We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.
From time to time, contact lens shortages may occur Australia-wide, which can delay some contact lens orders. We will let you know if your order is affected and will usually offer you some free sample lenses while you wait for your order to arrive.

Overseas shipping
Overseas shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and you will be given a quote for overseas shipping. Call us at +61 2 4369 8169 or email customersupport@eyesbydesign.com.au for a quote.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our practice. After placing your order and selecting “Pickup in store,” your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within two business days. We will email you when your order is ready.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
And if we’re ever taking a break or on holiday, we’ll inform you upfront, ensuring transparency about dispatch timelines.
